A deputy investigated a burglary call in the 1500 block of F Avenue.
A deputy checked on a residence due to an accidental use of 911 line.
A deputy assisted with a civil property issue in the 900 block of Linn Street in Scranton.
A complainant brought in possible drug paraphernalia found in the county.
The Sheriff’s Office was advised of damage to road in the area of 205th Street and R Avenue. Secondary Roads was contacted.
Dray Rivera was booked into the jail for the charge of Disorderly Conduct/Fighting or Violent Behavior. He was released on his own recognizance.
A deputy investigated a single vehicle traffic accident on N Avenue and 110th Street. Mike Minnehan was driving a 1993 International grain truck was southbound on N Avenue and did not slow enough before turning west onto 110th Street. The truck rolled onto its side. No injuries reported. Tony’s Trucking from Webster City had removed the truck with estimated $10,000 in damage. Driver was cited for failure to maintain control.
A deputy assisted with a civil issue in Grand Junction.
Aaron Joseph Skalla was booked into the jail for the charge of Assault Causing Bodily Injury or Mental Illness. He posted bond and released from the jail.

A deputy did a welfare check on a residence in the 200 block of North Dana Street in Dana.
A deputy assisted Jefferson and Grand Junction Fire Departments at property in 1600 block of 267th Street. Fire was contained to hay bales on the property.
A deputy investigated a domestic disturbance in the 400 block of South Main Street in Paton.
A deputy spoke with an individual at the Law Enforcement Center about items placed their vehicle.
A deputy investigated multiple 911 calls to the Law Enforcement Center from the residence in 700 block of Main Street in Scranton.
Dacoda Lee Lawrence was booked into the jail for Obstruction of Emergency Communications. He was released on his own recognizance.
A deputy assisted Scranton Fire in the 1900 block of Locust in Scranton.
A deputy investigated a single vehicle accident on 230 th Street and Jordan Avenue. Terry Ray Anschutz was traveling north on Jordan Avenue when a deer had exited the west ditch. Anshcutz swerved to miss the deer and lost control of his 2002 Mitsubishi Lancer and ended up on its passenger’s side in the east ditch. No injuries due to the accident and the vehicle was moved by private arrangement. The vehicle was deemed totaled with estimated $2000.00 of damage.
In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
