The Guthrie County Board of Supervisors met in regular session Tuesday.

They held a public hearing on the fiscal year 2017-2018 Guthrie County budget and approved the budget after a short discussion. The budget measure had previously been tabled to allow for more cuts and cost savings aimed at keeping County levies from being raised to make up a budget shortfall.

The Supervisors also approved a resolution for the adoption and certification of taxes for the fiscal year beginning July 1.
