William Cody Bakerink, age18 of 707 Cedar St., Adair was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for arraignment-original charge of possession of marijuana.

Matthew Miltenberger of Marshalltown was traveling near the 112 mile marker of Interstate 80 when his vehicle struck a deer.  No injuries reported.  Damage to the vehicle estimated at $4000.00.

Rodney Demetrius Adams, age 21 of 612 Locust St., Des Moines was charged with bringing contraband into the jail facility.
