Memorial Services for Eleanor Hanen, 91, of Lake City formerly of Jefferson will be 10:30 am Monday, April 4, 2016 at Slininger-Schroeder Funeral Home in Jefferson. The family will greet friends at 9:30 on Monday 1 hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be at the Jefferson Cemetery, Jefferson, IA. Memorials are suggested to the Jefferson Public Library and may be left at Slininger-Schroeder Funeral Home.

She is survived by her daughters: Lana Sorenson of Lake City, IA and Lynne Pederson of Northfield, MN; 3 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and her sister Betty Mains of Council Bluffs, IA.
