Greene County voters, along with 18 other counties, are heading to the polls today for a special election for Iowa Central Community College.

ICCC’s 19 counties are asked to vote whether or not the community college can contract their indebtedness and issue general obligation bonds for funds to remodel, improve, repair, construct, erect, furnish, equip and build additions onto buildings, make improvements to their sites and contract indebtedness in the amount of school bonds not to exceed $29.5 million.

Polls will be open from noon to 8pm.
