Opportunities to check out free holiday entertainment continue here in the Raccoon River Valley.

This weekend the Morrisburg Players will present Gideon’s Gift this Saturday and Sunday.  Based on “Christmas Miracles Happen to Those Who Believe”, the play was adapted by Celia Reynolds.  Performances take place Saturday at 7pm and Sunday at 5pm at the Morrisburg Church, located at 2688 Wagon Road between Stuart and Panora.

There’s no cost to attend.  Refreshments will be served after the Saturday performance and there’s a soup supper following the Sunday evening show.
