Jeffrey Michael Heater, age 33, of 28925 360th St., Booneville was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on the original charge of possession of a controlled substance. He was also arrested on warrants for failure to appear on original charges for domestic abuse assault, child endangerment, and violation of a no contact order.
Oscar Banuelos of Perry, was traveling East on Hwy 141 when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries reported. Damage to vehicle is estimated at $3000.00.
A domestic situation was reported at 111 W. Jefferson Ave., Bouton. Juveniles were involved.

Ashlee Norris of Dallas Center, was traveling north on N Ave. when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle is estimated at $1500.00.
Shirley Carter of Pomeroy, was traveling south on Hwy 169 and when she stopped at a stop sign at the intersection of Hwy 169 and Hwy 44 when she was struck from behind by a vehicle driven by Janice Bergman of Norwalk. No injuries reported. Estimated damage to Carter’s vehicle is $500.00 and Bergman’s vehicle is $2000.00.

Jacqueline Duffy of Sac City, was traveling west on Hwy 141 when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries reported. Estimated damage is $2000.00.
Wayne Whitsitt, age 35, of 2128 NW 156th St., Clive was arrested on a warrant for violation of probation, original charge of burglary 3rd degree.
