The Guthrie County Extension office is offering several fall commercial pesticide applicator training sessions.

Program Coordinator Mary Ebert says those needing to be certified to apply commercial pesticides can do so this month. November 9th will be ornamental and turfgrass, fumigation will be on November 15th and commercial ag-weed, insect and plant disease management is November 16th. Mosquito and public health management happened last month. If you can’t make it to a training session, you can schedule an individual showing.

The Extension office is also taking appointments for the aerial, greenhouse or ornamental applicator sessions.

December 15th is the last day for any re-shows for commercial pesticide classes.
