Savana Mobley and Victor Barroso were crowned Panorama’s Homecoming Queen and King during a pep rally in the high school auditorium Wednesday night. Mobley, Barroso and the rest of the homecoming court will be re-presented to the community prior to Friday’s homecoming football game.
