As we’ve reported, the Stuart Rescue/Fire station has been undergoing renovations over the past several months.
With the new addition, the facility sits at 10,900 square feet, and features state-of-the-art equipment and two sleeping rooms to allow for 24-hour paramedic coverage. The public is invited to see the facility during an upcoming grand opening and open house.
It takes place Saturday, October 15th from 5-8 p.m. along with the department’s’ annual french toast supper.
