Just like last week,the West Central Valley Wildcats have one ranked cross country runner. Rylan Heffernan is the 8th ranked runner in the latest list released by the Iowa Track Coaches Association. Heffernan and the Wildcats run again this evening at WCV’s home course, the Menlo 5×80.
