The Jefferson Rotary Club annual auction is coming up in November.

The fundraiser will be held on Friday November 4th at The Greene Room events center at Wild Rose. The social hour begins at 5:30pm, with the meal to be served at 6:30pm and the live auction will follow. That evening will also include silent auction items, a hog and cash raffles.

Last year, the auction brought in $29,700 from 171 live and silent auction items. The organization is hoping to top $500,000 this year, culminating 18 years for the fundraiser. Proceeds from the auction go to local projects such as Meals on Wheels, mentoring youth, the Greene County Action Resource Center, Habitat for Humanity and many others.

Tickets for the meal are available from Andy Harland at Don’s Ace Hardware in Jefferson. Raffle tickets are available from any Rotary Club member.
