A deputy was dispatched to the intersection of D Avenue and 182nd Street to check an abandoned vehicle sitting partially on the roadway. The car was towed for safety concerns.

A deputy was dispatched to the 300 block of South 7th Street in Grand Junction to help mediate a personal property dispute.

A deputy was out of position and unable to locate a reported erratic driver, driving at a high rate of speed, on Highway 30 entering Greene County from Carroll County.

A deputy patrolling in Grand Junction recognized the driver of a pickup that was known to be barred from driving. The deputy then initiated a traffic stop on that vehicle and subsequently arrested Christopher Hollis Christian 36, of Grand Junction, on an outstanding warrant from Greene County for Theft 5th Degree and Driving while Barred.

A deputy was advised of several motorcycles racing up and down the roadway in the 400 block of 110th Street. The Iowa State Patrol was also advised of the situation.

A deputy checked the report of cattle along the roadway in the 2000 block of U Avenue. Several calves were chased back to the pasture by the deputy.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
