Iowa State University Extension and Outreach has released updated Guthrie County cash rental rates.

 

According to the study, from 2011-2015 Guthrie County farmers averaged 154 corn bushels and 46 soybean bushels per acre.

 

Typical acreage rental rates for corn and soybeans were $195 in Guthrie County over the same time period.

 

Additional rental rates in Guthrie County for improved permanent pasture were $63/acre, and $52/acre for unimproved permanent pasture.
