It may not have been the ending that the ADM Lady Tiger softball team would have liked for their 2016 season, however ADM did enjoy another great season with head coach Rick Dillinger at the helm.
ADM enjoyed their second consecutive 30 game win season and third consecutive season with at least 25 wins or more. The Lady Tigers end the 2016 season with a .305 batting average, slugging .445, blasting 20 home runs all accounting for 159 RBI’s. ADM leaves the 2016 season with a 13-3 home record and a 19-2 road record for a combined 31-6 for the year.
Raccoon Valley Radio sat down with head coach Rick Dillinger after the game as he stated just as through the entire season, his Lady Tiger squad fought to the very last inning.
“It’s just part of the game however, somebody’s going to win and somebody’s going to loose but we have effort and we didn’t quit in the 6th and we came back,”.
