Rodney Whitmire, Dallas Center, was traveling eastbound on 240th St at W Ave, when a vehicle driven by Uwineza Sonia, Urbandale turned in front of him causing a collision.  Drivers were checked on scene by EMS.  Damage to Mr. Whitmire’s vehicle was estimated at $10000.  Damage to Ms. Sonia’s vehicle was estimated at $15000.  Ms. Sonia was issued a citation for Failure To Yield Upon Left Turn.

June 23rd

Brandy Johnson, age 48, 809 10th St, Perry, was arrested on a warrant for three counts of Harassment-3rd Degree.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
