Midwest Partnership will be holding their first Business Owner Summer Summit on Thursday and Friday.

Director Brenda Dudley says that BOSS 2025 will be a summit designed for small and mid-sized employers. She mentions that the guest speakers for the event include Iowa State University Athletic Director Jamie Pollard, Blue Compass Chief Executive Officer Drew Harden, Your Clear Next Step founder Sinikka Waugh and Farrell’s eXtreme Bodyshaping founder Lance Farrell.

Dudley explains that attendees will be able to enjoy more than just the business insights, with lunch, a happy hour networking event, and a live music social at Twin Vines Winery. She adds that there will also be optional activities on Friday, including golf, lake tours, shopping and lakeside yoga. Dudley states that the event is open to business owners, human relations professionals and organizational leaders from across the state, and registration is encouraged since there are only 125 total spots available.
