Deangelo Ellis, Redfield, was traveling on Dexfield Rd and attempted to turn onto Bearcreek Road, when he lost control and went into the ditch.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $5000.  The vehicle was towed from the scene and Mr. Ellis was cited for Failure To Maintain Control.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
