The West Central Valley track teams are off to the races against the weather and the competition today as both Wildcat teams are in action at different locations. The Wildcat girls travel to Des Moines Christian Lions Field for the Des Moines Christian Varsity Invitational while the boys make the journey to Woodbine for the Phil Hummel Relays Invitational. Both meets are set to begin at 4:30pm.

The West Central Valley boys hope to face off against 10 other teams in Woodbine while the girls face off against four other teams in Urbandale. Willow Ray returns from the Drake Relays after representing West Central Valley in the High Jump event.
