The Dallas County Board of Supervisors will meet in regular session on Tuesday.

The board will be reviewing and possibly taking action on three capital projects. The first is an allowance and change administrative process for the Secondary Roads Department, the second is an environmental testing agreement, and a subcontractor prequalification for the Dallas County Courthouse renovation project; and the final one is an architect master contract amendment for future space needs under a design development cost estimate review.

Other items on the agenda that the board will consider for approval  include a request for the Adel Lions Club to use the county parking lot, an Emergency Medical Services billing request for proposal vendor selection, along with resolutions for appointments  to the Linden Library Board, Magistrates Commission, Board of Adjustment, and Planning and Zoning Commission. The meeting may end in a closed session pending litigation.

The meeting is taking place inside the Board of Supervisors Meeting Room, 800 Court Street, in Adel Tuesday morning at 9am.
