The Drake Relays have brought much success to the Dallas Center-Grimes Mustangs boys track and field team as so far, as two Mustangs have already broken school records in their events as we enter the final day of competitive action at the Blue Oval. Junior Darien Walker and Senior Elias Arbuckle would both end their events with a new personal best time and new school record for DCG.

Walker participated in the 110 meter hurdles and placed 3rd in his heat and 11th overall with a time of 14.61 seconds, which lowers his personal best time and breaks the school record. In the 800 meter run, senior Jack Meggison placed 6th and zoomed passed the DCG school record with a time of 1:54.11 seconds.

Action continues today for the Dallas Center-Grimes Mustangs track teams as they are live from the Drake Relays at the Blue Oval at Drake University.
