A key piece to each Panorama School Board Meeting is the good news that is shared at each one.
Superintendent Kasey Huebner says that in their April meeting, he was able to share with the Board several pieces of good news, including the 4th grade class holding their annual Tournament of Books. He tells Raccoon Valley Radio that fun activities can be found throughout the district when it comes to the classrooms.
“Goes to just making education fun. know, Mr. Dorhout’s classroom doing some karaoke before spring break. You know, he’s also completed 46 Bluebird and wren houses over the last couple of weeks in his classroom. All that lumber was donated by Lake Lumber here in Panora, so we want to thank them.”
Huebner mentions that they also discussed the success of the spring musical, and how three Panorama FFA members received their State Degrees. He adds that preschool students also were able to take a field trip to Early Morning Harvest and learn how they made flour.
