April 21st

Maxwell Seiler, Van Meter, was driving on Houston Trail when he went around a curve and lost control.  The car slid into the ditch and rolled, due to the incline of the ditch.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $6000.  The vehicle was towed from the scene.

April 23rd

Ingrid Roxiri Gomez Baten, Omaha, NE, was traveling on I80 near the 101 mile marker, when she lost control and crashed into the cable barriers.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $10000.  Damage to the cable barriers was estimated at $3000.  The vehicle was towed from the scene.  Ms. Gomez Baten was cited for No Valid  Driver’s License and Failure To Maintain Control.

April 24th

Emma Mulder, age 32, 2024 Clover Ave, Perry, was arrested on a warrant for Trespass 2nd Offense.

Walter Davies, age 29, 15402 Rosewood Dr, Clive, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Possession Of Controlled Substance.

Justin Young, age 28, Polk County Jail, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Violation Of Probation Terms.

Kenneth Deever IV, age 24, 3930 E. 38th St, Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for Violation Of Probation Terms.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
