The City of Minburn will be busy on Saturday with a couple of activities for the public to enjoy. i

There is  a City-Wide Garage Sale as well as a Library Book Sale. Library Director Abby Embree describes that both sales are happening together, and that the deadline has passed for people to submit their addresses to participate in the garage sale. Embree says at the same time, a free-will donation book sale will take place, as she provides more information.

“We just set out a donation tin and (you can) put out however much you think you can give for your book. And we get people who donate their books all year round. So, for this book sale, it’s all completely new books from last fall.”

Embree shares that both the garage and book sale will happen from 8am-2pm and then the book sale will be extended on the following Monday through Friday during regular library hours. She notes that the list of addresses for the garage sale will be available on the Minburn Library’s Facebook page. Any questions can be directed to the Minburn Public Library at (515)-726-3900.
