
The Panorama Panthers girls track team found great success on Monday night at the Bill Miller Invite in Van Meter. Although Panorama only participated in 12 out of the 19 available events, the Panther girls stayed strong and placed 5th overall as a team, scoring 59 team points.
True to head coach Greg Thompson’s mission, the Panther girls continue to improve as Panorama had seven new personal best records result from Monday’s action in Van Meter. Faith Recker would leave the Bill Miller Relays with two new personal best records, in shot put and in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 1:11.08 seconds.
The Panther girls track team look to continue to improve while maintaining their positive momentum as they return to action tomorrow at West Central Valley High School. The WCV Relays are set to begin at 4:30pm.
