On Monday night, the Dallas Center-Grimes Mustangs tennis teams face off against the Urbandale J-Hawks from separate locations. The Mustang girls would host Urbandale and unfortunately be shut out, falling to the J-Hawks 11-0. The Dallas Center-Grimes boys found success on the road in Urbandale, defeating the J-Hawks 7-4.

In the boys contest, three Mustangs would accomplish a shut out match, winning their first to sets to give the Mustangs two points per match. Urbandale would win two matches of their own, but the damage by the Mustangs was already enough in the first three sets to secure a 7-4 victory as DCG would have a shut out match in the final match of the contest.

Both Mustang teams are back in action tomorrow in separate locations again as the Mustang girls travel to Indianola while the boys play host to the Indians.
