Visitation for Margaret Payne Caskey, 84 of Windsor Heights, will be held from 5-7 PM on Thursday, April 24th at the Johnson Family Funeral Home in Earlham. Funeral service will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, April 25th at the Johnson Family Funeral Home in Earlham. Burial will be in the Penn Center Cemetery.
