As the Mario Kart season continues for the Dallas Center-Grimes Mustangs Esports team, head coach and sponsor David Harwood gave praise to his team as the Mustangs took their first loss of the season last week.

Coach Harwood explained some of the benefits of esports before giving praise to the entire program for their hard wook so far this year. “It’s a great opportunity for kids to work on their communication skills their interpersonal skills because it’s frustrating, it’s celebrating, it’s so many different emotions that you run through it. They work really hard at this.”

The Mustangs are back in action today against some tough competition as they face off against East High.
