Wednesday afternoon was a big day for Allen Huinker who has committed to Luther College to continue his academic and football career. Huinker will join the Luther College football squad come August.

Huinker, the 6 foot, 205 pound lineman, joined the Mustangs varsity football team his sophomore year in 2022 joining the defensive line and had one tackle his rookie season. Huinker played for the Mustangs for three years, notching in 6 solo tackles in his career from the defensive line.

Come August, Huinker enrolls at Luther College to continue his academic career while also representing Dallas Center-Grimes now as a Norse in the fall of 2025.
