The AC/GC Chargers held their first home track meet of the season Thursday night.

The boys track team performed well, taking nine top three finishes, and 14 scoring finishes. Gold medals were awarded to Eli Madsen in the 400 meter run with a time of 50.33 seconds, and the shuttle hurdle team of Tommy Skram, Morgun Nolte, Tate Fever and Brexton Schneider with a time of 1:04.42. The silver medals were secured by Joe Crawford in the 100 meter dash with a time of 11.6 seconds, Preston Kent in the 3200m run with a time of 10:45.32, the sprint medley team of Crawford, Kade Sorensen, Dean Vela and Talon Noland with a time of 1:36.59 and Mike Fuller in the shot put with a throw of 47 feet 8.75 inches.

Bronze medals were given to Madsen in the 100 meter dash with a time of 11.65 seconds, the 4X800 meter relay team of Cole Van Meter, Jameson Pfrang, Cameron Mozingo and Lane Stringer with a time of 9:25.8 and Fuller in the discus with a throw of 137 feet 4.5 inches.
