
Dallas, Greene and Guthrie Counties are still facing drought conditions.
According to the US Drought Monitor, as of April 17th Dallas and Greene Counties are under abnormally dry conditions. Western Guthrie County is seeing moderate drought conditions, while the rest of the county has abnormally dry conditions. According to the National Weather Service as of April 18th, Perry has recorded 0.75 inches of rain so far this month, and usually sees 2.2 inches. Guthrie Center has tallied 0.65 inches of rain, and usually records 2.09 inches, and Jefferson has seen 0.29 inches of rain while usually recording 1.93 inches.
