A funeral service for Timothy Slack, 74, of Elk Horn, will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at the Schmidt Family Funeral Home of Exira, and a burial will follow at the Elk Horn Lutheran Cemetery in Elk Horn, Iowa.

Visitation with the family will be held one hour before the funeral at the Schmidt Family Funeral Home of Exira, on Tuesday. Memorials may be directed to the Tim Slack Family, to be designated at a later date. Funeral arrangements are handled with the Schmidt Family Funeral Home of Exira.
