Funeral services for Jack Lee Frantum, 82, of Perry, will be held at 1 p.m. on Sunday, May 4, 2025, at Caldwell Parrish Funeral Home, Perry Chapel, located at 1721 Park St, Perry, IA. A reception will follow the service. Burial will take place on Monday, May 5, 2025 (immediate family only), at Violet Hill Cemetery, 1700 Park St, Perry, IA. He is survived by his wife, Edith; three children from a previous marriage: Kevin (Kimberly) Frantum of Hawley, TX, Kellee (Lawrence) Jindra of Omaha, NE, and Genifer (Ethan) Herb of Omaha, NE; two stepsons, Preston Coston and Steven Coston; 11 grandchildren: Nicole, Kerri (Derrick), Blake, Andrew (Stephanie), Brianna (Jonathan), Lauren (Dereck), Dean, Cole, Riley, Jaimee (Brad), and DeaAnna; step-grandchildren Kiara Coston and Kody Coston; and 11 great-grandchildren.
