Tuesday, April 15th

11:32am: A deputy assisted with cattle out on 195th Street near D Avenue.

4:08pm: A deputy assisted the Guthrie County Sheriff’s Office with serving a court order in the 300 block of Curry Street, Bayard.

9:08pm: James Poole 45 of Coon Rapids was booked into the jail for Gambling- Avoid setoff and fraudulent practices.

Wednesday, April 16th

2:50pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near M Avenue.

3:01pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 250th Street near E Avenue.

3:49pm: A deputy investigated a scam in the 800 block of I Avenue.

5:56pm: Madison Meyers 21 of Grand Junction was booked into the jail for OWI 1st offense.

7:08pm: A deputy investigated a parking complaint on 170th Street near D Avenue.

Thursday, April 17th

6:07am: A deputy investigated a trespass complaint in the 1000 block of 240th Street.

7:18am: A deputy investigated an illegal dumping complaint in the 1600 block of 170th Street.

3:09pm: A deputy investigated a backing accident in the 500 block of North 16th Street, Grand Junction.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
