The AC/GC Chargers hosted their first meet of the season last night.

Activities Director Taylor Morris says that due to the weather, the meet ended early after the 4x200m relay. The Chargers girls placed in the top eight with 12 performances, with one silver medal finish which came in the distance medley, and one bronze medal finish from Caydence Boals in the shot put.

The Chargers boys team also performed well, with 14 scoring performances. They had two gold medal finishes, one from Eli Madsen in the 400m run, and from the shuttle hurdle relay team. Silver modal performances came from Joe Crawford in the 100m dash, the sprint medley team and Mike Fuller in shot put. There were also three bronze medal finishes, these coming from Eli Madsen in the 100m dash, the 4X800m relay team and Fuller in the discus.
