Both Perry Golf teams were in action Thursday.  Both clubs finished in last in their respective meets.

The Bluejays teed off for their season at the Perry Golf and Country Club.  The boys finished in third of three teams.  Des Moines Christian won the event with 149 followed by Greene County 168 and Perry 237.

The Hill in Grand Junction hosted the Jayettes where they finished in fifth.  Top spot went to Gilbert with a 168, second Des Moines Christian 174, third Roland-Story 179, fourth Greene County 221, and fifth Perry 240.  Kalley Whelchel had a team best 50 for the Jayettes.  Karagyn Whelchel had the next lowest score for Perry a 58.

The Jayettes return to action Monday in Polk City at the Tournament Club of Iowa.  The Bluejays return to the Perry Golf and Country Club on Tuesday.
