The Adel Partners Chamber of Commerce ventured to a newer business in the area to have a celebratory event on Tuesday.
The chamber held a ribbon cutting ceremony at Mi Casa Jalisco, 909 Main Street, in Adel to welcome them to town. Chamber President Erin Milroy welcomed several staff members in attendance, while Adel Mayor Jim Peters expressed that it’s always exciting to have a new establishment in town and can’t wait to see their business boost with popularity.
The restaurant had a soft opening on March 1st. Mi Casa Jalisco Owner Denise Orozco said that the restaurant represents a state in Mexico and announced that they recently received their liquor license to serve alcoholic beverages. Mi Casa Jalisco is open Mondays through Thursdays from 11am-9:30pm, Fridays and Saturdays from 11am-10pm, and Sundays from 11am-9:30pm.
