Perry boys soccer kicked off their season last night in Adel.  The Bluejays picked up the 3-0 win over ADM.

Jonathan Banuelos got the scoring started early for Perry in the 7th minute and Jose Ortega added another first half goal in the 10th minute.  Perry lived in their offensive zone with double digit shots in the first half to lead 2-0.  Jacobo Cerna added another goal in the 61st minute for the three goal win. Perry keeper,  Diego Velasco, earned his first clean sheet in the victory.

The Bluejays improve to 1-0 and ADM falls to 0-1.

Perry returns to the pitch Saturday morning for a tournament in Des Moines at Mediacom Stadium.  ADM opens Raccoon River Conference play on Thursday hosting North Polk.
