Isaac Zulu, age 24, 390 4th Street, Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked.

David Rivas-Garcia, age 21, 4036 Hubbel Ave, Des Moines, was arrested for Controlled Substance Violation, Failure To Affix Drug Stamp, Driving while License Denied Or Revoked and was cited for Failure To Provide Proof Of Financial Liability.
