The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Track and Field Teams are gearing up for the first outdoor meet of the 2025 season at home tomorrow.

ADM concluded the indoor season after three meets with the Dickinson Relays, the Iowa Association of Track Coaches, and the Central College Indoor races. Tiger senior Calli Seehase tells Raccoon Valley Radio her mental preparation prior to a meet.

“I would like to have a balanced meal, it makes me feel prepared. I also love my sleep, like nine hours is good for me, and then I would also say I like to listen to music on the bus ride there, and I also like to pray about it because it helps me just relax and focus on not just me, but it’s bigger than me.”

ADM girls and boys will welcome in three schools of Gilbert, Earlham, and Madrid to Adel for the Coed Early Bird Meet at Tiger Stadium. The meet is scheduled to start at 4:30pm tomorrow.
