
Soccer is on the horizon at West Central Valley High School as the Wildcat girls soccer team took the pitch for practice on Monday. Wildcats girls soccer had a successful season last year, sending the season with a 7-11 record defeating Clarke Community 6-0 to advance in the playoffs, before falling to Des Moines Christian to wrap up the season last year. Now Sophomore Rhowen Miller looks to return to the pitch as she had 52 saves last season as the Wildcats goal keeper.
The Wildcat girls soccer team prepare for their first taste of unofficial competitive action next Friday, March 28th against the Greene County Rams at West Central Valley High School. The match is set to begin at 5:30pm.
