Track season is officially underway for the Panorama Panthers girls track team who had their first taste of competitive action this season. Due to this week being spring break, the Panthers did not send the whole track squad to last Friday’s meet but still found great success.

The girls 4×800 team ran a relay time just 14 seconds slower than their fastest time last season and quickly look to break last seasons best time, while the 4×400 team was highlighted by coach Thompson as “faster than any of the 4×400 combinations put together last season.” Gracie Recker is on that relay team and also throws shotput, and already threw further than she did last season.

Big things are one the horizon for Panorama girls track team as they are already making big waves in comparison to last seasons success.
