Shealynn Sara, Adel, was traveling on N Ave at Scenic View Dr, when she lost control due to weather conditions and slide into a ditch.  Ms. Sara was checked by EMS on scene and did not require further treatment.  Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $1500.  The vehicle will be towed at a later time.

A juvenile driver was on Hwy 141 at T Ave when he lost control of the vehicle in weather conditions and rolled into the median.  The Driver was checked on the scene by EMS and released.  The driver was cited for Failure To Provide Proof Of Financial Liability.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
