Perry Track and Field continues to prepare for their first competition.  The Bluejays and Jayettes are scheduled to be in Ogden next Tuesday.  Boone and Woodward-Granger will also be in attendance.  Perry has been practicing since February 24.  They decided to sit out the Indoor season this year.  5 athletes qualified for the State Meet last year in Des Moines.  Owen Myers in the 400M Hurdles and Cate Erickson, Treasure Moore, Taryn Nehring, and Lily Myers in the Distance Medley.

Both coaches are hopeful for more qualifiers in 2025.  Districts is set for May 14 as Perry has plenty of time to get ready for state qualifying.
