The AC/GC Chargers boys basketball team had an impressive season.

The team ended the season with only three losses, taking 22 victories, their best season for the program. The Chargers made 656 of 1,448 shots, going 45.3% from the field, 154 of 532 shots from beyond the arch to go 28.9% on three pointers, and made 321 of 487 from the charity stripe, for a free throw percentage of 65.9%. The team hauled in 323 offensive and 554 defensive rebounds for a total of 877, dished out 373 assists, recorded 226 steals, 78 blocks and 1,787 points. This means AC/GC averaged 12.9 offensive and 22.2 defensive rebounds for a total of 35.1, 14.9 assists, nine steals, 3.1 blocks, an assists to turnover ratio of 1.58 and 71.5 points.

At the end of the season, the Chargers were also 2nd in free throws made and attempted in Class 1A, 3rd in free throws made and 2nd in free throws attempted amongst all Classes, 1st in Class 1A in free throws made per game and 2nd in free throw attempts per game, and 1st among all Classes in Free throws made per game and 2nd in free throw attempts per game. The team also helped their leader, Head Coach Lance Kading secure his 100th win as a head coach, then gave him two more before the season was over.
