Recently on the Wahl Macatee Tire & Service Center Guthrie County sports page, Activities Director Jim Lindsay reflected on the hard work and effort he witness from the Wildcat dance team this season.

Lindsay expressed how proud he was to be able to see the dance team perform on television during the girls state basketball tournament. “the dance girls, we had seven of them at All Iowa Dance these past couple of days. To see them perform and you know I caught a glimpse of a couple of them on TV so that was pretty cool!”

West Central Valley Dance had an incredible season this year, making school history by sending seven dancers to All State Dance, the Pom team performed during the girls state basketball tournament at the Wells Fargo Arena, and the Wildcat girls found themselves at the state dance tournament. Three Wildcat girls would compete in the State Solo Dance Competition as Addisyn Leonard would place first for the Wildcats.
