With basketball and wrestling now finished at Dallas Center-Grimes, the soccer season begins to grow closer as both Mustangs teams have scrimmages towards the end of the month. The Mustang boys face off against Des Moines Roosevelt for soccer scrimmage action, with the girls just two days later facing off against Southeast Polk at Ankeny High School.

The Mustang boys are in action with their scrimmage against Roosevelt scheduled for March 26th at Mediacom Stadium at 6pm. The Mustang girls face off against Southeast Polk on the 28th set to begin at 8pm.

Last season, the Mustang boys won the state championship in Class 3A against Des Moines Hoover, ending the season as state champions with a 17-4 record. The Mustang girls also made it to the state championship but fell to North Polk 6-1. Both Mustang teams look to return for yet another dominate season.
