A Memorial Service for Lewis Pierson III, 59, of Jefferson will be 2:00 pm Saturday, March 15, 2025 at Slininger-Schroeder Funeral Home in Jefferson.  The family will greet friends prior to the service from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Slininger-Schroeder Funeral Home.  Burial will take place at a later date at Coon Rapids Cemetery, Coon Rapids, IA.  Memorials are suggested to the family.

Survivors include his Mother and Stepfather, Delima and Joseph Ostdiek; 3 sisters: Lynda Pierson, Jeannette Pierson and Jolene Anderson; Nieces and nephew, Maryssa Pierson, Cheyanne Anderson, Chiara Coffin and Joseph Anderson; 2 Great nieces, Haddy Pierson and Lily Lombard and 1 great nephew on the way due in May; 3 Stepchildren: Michele Gilberston, Abby Hoyt and Jeremy Hamilton;  2 dogs, Ceasar and Chops; special friend Crystal St. Clair; and several cousins.
