Feb. 6th

William McCullough Jr, age 32, 1103 Pennsylvania Ave, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Violation Of Probation Terms.

Pedro Lopez Sanchez, age 33, 609 Allison Ave, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Violation Of Probation.

Daniel Brouse, Van Meter, was driving traveling in the 25000 block of 360th St when he lost control due to icy conditions.  The car went into the ditch and rolled onto it’s side. Mr. Brouse did not report any injuries and the car had an estimated $3000 damage.  The vehicle was towed from the scene.

Jeffery Miller, Bouton, was driving on 240th St, near Laredo Trail, when he hit two deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $2500.  The vehicle was able to be driven from the scene.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
