The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Athletic Department is bringing on a new face to their soccer program.
ADM announces that they have hired Rachel Harada as the new Head Girls Soccer Coach. According to a press release, she is a 2011 graduate from ADM, who played soccer, basketball, and ran track and cross country. Harada was an All-State player and was apart of a Tiger team that brought home six consecutive Raccoon River Conference Championships to Adel. She played college soccer at Northwest Missouri State and Rockhurst University, where she graduated in 2015, eventually getting her masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
Harada’s father John is a long time supporter of ADM athletics with being a booster club president, a radio analyst for Tiger football, and announcer of ADM Soccer. Harada is taking over for Jeff Abbas, who was the head coach since 2021.
